Match Play Match Play is a competitive activity and all levels of play are welcome. We will have two Match Play groups – one playing 9 holes and one playing 18 holes. You can sign up for either 9 or 18 holes – regardless of which group you play in on Tuesdays. You need to have a USGA handicap established by May 31st to participate. We also have doubles match play, rules are the same as above, sign up with a friend or as a single and we will find a partner for you. In Match Play, you will compete against one other individual (net scores are used) – brackets for the initial round will be established by early June and who plays who will be randomly assigned. You set up your own tee times and can play any day of the week within a two-week time frame per round. It is double elimination, so you are guaranteed 2 rounds of play.
